摘要
随着数字经济时代的到来,服务外包产业迎来重要发展机遇。近年来,中国服务外包产业快速健康发展,服务外包执行额实现量质齐升,“中国服务”品牌国际影响力不断扩大。但与此同时,中国服务外包产业也面临着复杂多变的国际形势和贸易保护主义不断盛行的不利国际环境,高标准的国际规则、日益激烈的国际竞争等成为中国服务外包产业发展的现实瓶颈。进入新发展阶段,急需以数字化为引领,推动服务外包产业实现全面数字化转型,创新服务外包技术、业态和模式,从而推动实现中国服务外包产业的高质量发展。
With the advent of the digital economy era,the service outsourcing industry has ushered in important development opportunities.In recent years,China’s service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly and healthily.The amount of service outsourcing execution has increased in quantity and quality,and the international influence of the“China Service”brand has been expanding.But at the same time,China’s service outsourcing industry is also facing a complex and changeable international situation and an unfavorable international environment where trade protectionism continues to prevail.High-standard international rules and increasingly fierce international competition have become a realistic bottleneck for the development of China’s service outsourcing industry.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,there is an urgent need to take digitalization as the lead to promote the comprehensive digital transformation of the service outsourcing industry,and to innovate service outsourcing technologies,formats and models,so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s service outsourcing industry.
