高平机特性对弹丸起始扰动的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 对螺杆气压式高平机平衡性能与螺杆-螺母接触支撑特性进行分析,研究平衡机特性以及高低机螺杆-螺母接触支撑特性对弹丸出炮口时刻运动状态参数的影响。通过建立全柔体弹炮耦合有限元动力学模型,考虑螺杆-螺母之间的接触/碰撞。以弹丸出炮口时刻俯仰和回转方向角位移、角速度、速度为因素,建立评估函数方程来评估对弹丸起始扰动的影响。结果表明当高平机系统处于平衡状态时,螺杆支撑螺母状态下弹丸起始扰动较小。高平机气体压强越小,对弹丸起始扰动影响越小。分析结果可为高平机结构设计优化提供指导,并为火炮射击精度分析提供参考。 The balance performance of elevating equilibrator and the contact support characteristics of the screw-nut are analyzed to study the effects of the performance of the balance mechanism and the mechanical support characteristics of the screw-nut on the motion parameters of the projectile when it is released from the muzzle.The contact/collision between the screw-nut is considered by establishing the finite element dynamics model of the projectile-barrel coupling.With the angular displacement,angular velocity and velocity of the projectile in the pitch and rotation direction at the moment of the muzzle as the factors,an evaluation function equation was established to evaluate the influence on the initial projectile disturbance.The results show that the initial projectile disturbance is small in the state of screw supporting nut when the elevating equilibrator is in equilibrium.The lower the gas pressure of elevating equilibrator is,the smaller the effect is on the initial projectile disturbance.The analysis results can provide guidance for the structure design optimization of elevating equilibrator and provide references for the analysis of the accuracy of artillery firing.
