考虑堵片影响的筒式武器后喷流场研究

Research on the Launching Flow Field of the Tube-Shape Weapon by Taking the Effects of Blocking Sheet into Account

摘要 为了研究筒式武器后喷堵片参数对后喷流场的影响,利用Ansys Fluent流体计算软件,基于6 DOF动网格技术和铺层网格更新方法,建立了筒式武器后喷流场二维轴对称数值仿真模型,并进行仿真计算。以某型筒式武器为研究对象,研究了筒式武器在不同堵片质量、不同破膜压力条件下发射时后喷流场规律。研究表明:堵片在后喷流场中的运动可分为3个阶段:加速运动阶段、稳定运动阶段和减速运动阶段;筒式武器在堵片质量为30.5 g、破膜压力为10 MPa条件下发射,堵片速度最高可达670 m/s左右;随着堵片质量增加,堵片速度明显减少,近场压强第1个峰值有减小趋势,第2个峰值有明显增大趋势;随着堵片破膜压力增加,第1个压强峰值变化较小,第2个压强峰值明显增大,堵片速度呈上升趋势。 In order to study the influence of the parameters of the blocking sheet on the launching flow field of the tube-shape weapon,a two-dimensional axisymmetric numerical simulation model of the launching flow field of the barrel weapon was established by using the Ansys Fluent fluid calculation software,based on the 6DOF dynamic mesh technology and the layer grid updating method.A two-dimensional axisymmetric numerical simulation model of the after-jet flow field of a cartridge weapon is established and the simulation calculation performed.Taking a certain type of tube-shape weapon as the research object,the wake field under blocking sheet mass and different breaking pressure is stu-died.The study shows that the motion of the plug in the back jet field can be divided into three stages:acceleration,stabilization and deceleration.When the breaking pressure reach 10 MPa with a plug mass of 30.5 g,the maximum plugging speed can reach about 670 m/s;with the increase of mass of the blocking sheet,the blocking sheet speed decreases obviously,the first peak value of the near-field pressure has a decreasing trend,and the second peak value has an obvious increasing trend;with the increase of the breaking pressure,the first pressure peak changes very little,the second pressure peak tends to increase significantly,and the plugging speed tends to increase.
