基于比较视域的郑州都市圈培育发展研究

Research on Cultivation and Development of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area Based on Comparative Perspective

培育发展郑州都市圈对于加快推动郑州国家中心城市建设,深入推进新型城镇化、中原城市群建设及区域协调发展,都具有重要的现实意义。在对比分析郑州都市圈与广佛都市圈、南京都市圈、杭州都市圈等成熟都市圈的基础上,系统梳理广佛都市圈、南京都市圈、杭州都市圈发展对郑州都市圈的启示,郑州都市圈应从树立全通勤时间理念、全产业协作理念和全区域共治理念三个方面加快培育发展。

The cultivation and development of Zhengzhou metropolitan area is of great practical significance for accelerating the construction of Zhengzhou city as national central city,and further promoting the new-type urbanization,the construction of central plain,and the coordinated regional development.On the basis of analyzing and comparing Zhengzhou metropolitan area with the mature metropolitan areas such as Guangzhou and Foshan city,Nanjing city,Hangzhou city etc.,we systematically comb the enlightenment of the development of these metropolitan areas on Zhengzhou metropolitan area.Zhengzhou metropolitan area should quicken its own cultivation and development in three aspects:setting up the concept of whole commuting time,the concept of collaboration in whole industry,and the concept of common governance in whole area.
