当前国内学术界对社会组织促进大学生就业的研究综述

The Summary of How Domestic Academic Circle Makes Research on Social Organizations’Promotion for the Employment of University Students

目前,国内学术界对社会组织促进大学生就业的研究主要集中在提倡发挥社会组织在大学生就业中的作用,探讨社会组织促进大学生就业的方式,分析社会组织促进大学生就业中存在的问题及策略方面,而对于社会组织促进高校毕业生就业的实证研究和国外社会组织在促进大学生就业中的经验对我国的启示方面研究较少。总体上来看,国内对于社会组织促进大学生就业的研究还处于起步阶段,研究还有待进一步加强。

At present,the research made by domestic academic circle on how social organizations promote the employment of university students mainly focuses on advocating the roles of social organizations,discussing the ways how to do it,and analyzing the problems and strategies in social organizations’promoting the employment of university students.However,there are few empirical studies about the topic,and the enlightenment of foreign social organizations’experience in university students’employment that may be helpful to China is also rarely studied.Generally speaking,domestic research on social organizations’promotion for university students’employment is still in the starting stage,and it needs to be further strengthened.
