Experimental Study on Aging Mechanism of LED Caused by High Temperature and Humidity

摘要 使用综合环境老化设备对不同环氧树脂封装的LED进行了高温高湿综合环境老化试验。利用分光测色仪、光电测试机、红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微分析仪(SEM)等测试手段表征了LED的老化行为,并研究了其老化机理,并提出了延缓和预防LED老化的优化方案,实验验证了优化方案的可行性,为研究LED老化现象提供了理论基础和实验依据。 In this paper, the high temperature and high humidity comprehensive environmental aging tests of different epoxy resin encapsulated LEDs were performed by using comprehensive environmental aging equipment. The aging behavior of LED was evaluated by means of spectrophotometer, photoelectric testing machine, infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM), and the aging mechanism was studied, the optimization scheme of delaying and preventing LED aging was proposed, which provided theoretical and experimental basis for industry engineers to study LED aging phenomenon.
