摘要
从优化新能源直驱电机油封工作环境的思路出发,开展了电机防水结构优化设计。同时通过防水能力试验,得出了一套试验验证方法,并通过该方法验证了新设计防水结构的性能,证明新设计的防水结构可有效提高新能源直驱电机的防水能力。
Starting from the thinking way to optimize operational environment of the oil seal in the direct-driven motor by new energy, the optimized design of the waterproof structure in the motor is performed. Meanwhile, a set of test and verification method that verifies characteristic of the newly-designed waterproof structure is achieved, to prove the newly-designed waterproof structure able to increase the waterproof ability efficiently of the direct-driven motors by new energy.
