摘要
高压异步电动机是火电厂锅炉风机的常用驱动设备,通常采用滑动轴承。滑动轴承运行中温度过高将导致轴承合金损坏,造成轴径损伤。针对一起因定、转子磁力中心不重合导致的高压电机滑动轴承温度过高故障进行了分析探讨,并提出了解决方案。
High-voltage asynchronous motor is the common-used driving equipment in the boiler fan of the thermal power plant, in which the motor with sliding bearings is usually used. Over high temperature of the sliding bearing under operation makes bearing alloy damaged, resulting in the rotor shaft journal damaged. A high temperature fault of the high-voltage motor sliding bearing caused by the non-coincidence of magnet center between stator and rotor is explored and analyzed, to put forward the solution as well.
