玻璃棉分散时间对滤纸结构和过滤性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分散时间是影响纤维长度的主要因素,利用悬浮液粘度表示纤维长度的变化。品质因子是评价滤纸优劣的关键指标,品质因子越高,滤纸过滤性能越好。通过对玻璃棉分散不同的时间,制备不同长度的玻璃棉滤纸并对其进行透气度、孔隙率、厚度、过滤效率和品质因子等性能的研究。结果表明:随着纤维分散时间从60 s增加到300 s,悬浮液粘度下降70%,说明纤维长度显著减小;在纤维配方和抄造工艺条件相同时,纤维长度与厚度、孔隙率成正比,纤维长度对滤纸透气度的影响较小;在80~300 nm过滤颗粒下,纤维长度变化对滤纸品质因子的影响较小,最大变化幅度<5.9%,由此可见,纤维分散时间引起的纤维长度的变化对滤纸过滤性能的影响较小。 The dispersion time is the main factor affecting the fiber length, and the viscosity of the suspension is used to express the change of the fiber length. The quality factor is a key indicator for evaluating the quality of filter paper. The higher the quality factor, the better the filter performance of the filter paper. By dispersing the glass wool for different times, prepare glass wool filter papers of different lengths and conduct research on the properties of air permeability, porosity, thickness, filtration efficiency and quality factor. The results showed that as the fiber dispersion time increases from 60 s to 300 s, the viscosity of the suspension drop by 70%, indicating that the fiber length was significantly reduced;when the fiber formulation and papermaking process conditions were the same, the fiber length was proportional to the thickness and porosity. Fiber length had little effect on the air permeability of filter paper;under 80~300 nm filter particles, the change of fiber length had little effect on the quality factor of filter paper, and the maximum change range was less than 5.9%.It can be seen that the change of fiber length caused by fiber dispersion time has little effect on the filter performance of filter paper.
