基于内模算法的造纸卷绕张力控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 在造纸卷绕张力控制过程中受到控制器的影响,导致控制方法所需调节时间较长。因此,提出基于内模算法的造纸卷绕张力控制方法研究。卷绕张力控制方法的设计从造纸卷绕张力的计算入手,选取卷绕张力的主要影响因素,构建一个张力控制模型。并且以内模算法为基础,设计添加滤波器的内模控制器,提高内模控制的稳定性和鲁棒性,最终实现造纸卷绕张力良好控制。实验结果表明:在标称状态下,文中设计控制方法相比传统方法调节时间分别减少了6 s、4 s;白噪声干扰状态下,针对卷绕张力控制稳定所需调节时间,文中控制方法相比传统方法降低了2 s、4 s;斜坡干扰状态下,文中控制方法回归稳定值所需的调节时间相比传统方法分别降低了54.8%、71.2%。 Due to the influence of the controller in the paper winding tension control process, the adjustment time of the control method is long. Therefore, a paper winding tension control method based on internal model algorithm was proposed. The design of winding tension control method started with the calculation of paper winding tension, the main influencing factors of winding tension were selected, and a tension control model was constructed. Based on the internal model algorithm, the internal model controller with filter was designed to improve the stability and robustness of the internal model control, and finally the paper winding tension was well controlled. The experimental results show that: Compared with the traditional method, the adjustment time of the designed control method was reduced by 6 s and 4 s in the nominal state;the adjustment time of the proposed control method was reduced by 2 s and 4 s in the white noise interference state;the adjustment time of the proposed control method was reduced 8% and 71. 2% in the slope interference state.
