摘要
造纸技术是一种高能耗的产业,而现有的几种造纸流程节能方法均没有控制能量流动方向,为减少造纸过程能量损耗,基于协同进化设计造纸节能流程优化方法。构建造纸过程能量循环模型,分析造纸工业能量流动方向,基于协同进化优化能量流动方向,得到能量流动优化模型,构建造纸节能算法实现造纸节能流程的优化。通过造纸节能算法的测试可知,该算法优于对照组中的三种算法。在造纸过程能耗测试中可以得到数据:当循环测试为1时,实验组所需能耗较对照组少490 kW/h、580 kW/h、790 kW/h,当循环次数为10时,实验组所需能耗较对照组少2100 kW/h、2620 kW/h、3840 kW/h,该节能方法较现有的几种优化方法所需能耗更少。由此可见,该造纸节能流程优化方法实现了节能优化的目的。
Papermaking technology is an energy consuming industry, however, the existing energy-saving methods of paper-making process do not control the direction of energy flow, in order to reduce the energy loss in papermaking process, based on CO evolutionary design, the paper energy-saving process optimization method is proposed. The energy cycle model of papermaking process was established, the energy flow direction of paper industry is analyzed, optimization of energy flow direction based on co evolution, the energy flow optimization model is obtained, optimization of energy saving process in papermaking based on energy saving algorithm. Through the test of energy-saving algorithm in papermaking, it can be seen that, the algorithm is better than the three algorithms in the control group. The data can be obtained in the energy consumption test of papermaking process, when the loop test is 1, the energy consumption of the experimental group was 490 kW/h, 580 kW/h and 790 kW/h less than that of the control group;When the number of cycles is 10, the energy consumption of the experimental group was 2100 kW/h, 2620 kW/h and 3840 kW/h less than that of the control group, compared with the existing optimization methods, this energy-saving method needs less energy consumption. Thus, the paper energy-saving process optimization method achieves the purpose of energy-saving optimization.
