基于随机共振的造纸机压榨弱振动信号提取方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于传统的信号提取方法具有饱和特性,当造纸机压榨噪声幅值过大时,很难对微弱的振动信号进行有效提取,为此提出基于随机共振的造纸机压榨弱振动信号提取方法研究。基于有限元原理建立精确的造纸机实体模型,进而构建随机共振模型,完成造纸机压榨噪声信号向振动信号的能量转移,并通过随机共振的逻辑行为实现弱振动信号提取。根据实验的对比结果可知,基于随机共振的造纸机压榨弱振动信号其权向量达4.7921,能够增强造纸机压榨弱振动信号强度,进而实现信号的有效提取。 Due to the saturation characteristics of the traditional signal extraction method, it was difficult to extract the weak vibration signal effectively when the amplitude of the press noise of the paper machine was too large. Based on the principle of finite element, an accurate solid model of paper machine was established, and then the stochastic resonance model was constructed to complete the energy transfer from the press noise signal to the vibration signal, and the weak vibration signal was extracted through the logical behavior of stochastic resonance. According to the experimental results, the weight vector of the paper machine press weak vibration signal based on stochastic resonance was 4.7921, which can enhance the strength of the paper machine press weak vibration signal and realize the effective extraction of the signal.
