改进希尔伯特-黄变换的荧光寿命温度测量研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对恶劣工况下,荧光测温设备自身的系统噪声会随着工作环境变化而发生大幅变化问题,提出一种基于B样条最小二乘拟合的改进型希尔伯特-黄变换。该算法通过B样条最小二乘拟合抑制模态混叠效应,采用ARM Cortex-M7处理器实现基于上述算法的荧光寿命温度传感器,并构建实验平台完成传感器标定和测温精度验证。最后,与小波变换、希尔伯特-黄变换进行对比实验,结果显示,在温度低于0℃和高于30℃时,测温误差比小波变化算法和希尔伯特-黄变换算法降低30%以上,表明该方法能够有效的抑制系统噪声和环境变化引起的噪声变化。 In order to solve the problem that the system noise of fluorescent temperature measuring equipment will change greatly with the change of working environment under bad working conditions, an improved Hilbert Huang transform based on B-spline least square fitting is proposed. The algorithm uses B-spline least square fitting to suppress the mode aliasing effect, and uses arm cortex-m7 processor to realize the temperature sensor based on the above algorithm, and constructs the experimental platform to complete the sensor calibration and temperature measurement accuracy verification. Finally, the algorithm is compared with wavelet transform and Hilbert Huang transform. The results show that when the temperature is lower than 0 ℃ and higher than 30 ℃, the temperature measurement error is reduced by more than 30% compared with wavelet transform algorithm and Hilbert Huang transform, which shows that the method can effectively suppress the noise changes caused by system noise and environmental changes.
