摘要
滴数传感器用于检测输液器滴壶中的液滴,可与输液泵或输液系统连接实现滴速监控。设计要求滴数传感在滴壶倾斜,环境光不稳定照射均能正常使用。选择红外线发射与接收元件的依据,与光发射和光接收相关的公式推导,并依据器件参数和物理位置计算电路参数。使用数字方式控制,调节发光强度,控制发射宽度,同步采集数据,使用脉冲检测算法。实现在滴壶倾角±45°内,输液管路避光、内表面起雾,光敏器件不同批次使用情况下,均能正常使用。结论实现准确,低功耗液滴检测。
Drop sensor be used to detect liquid drops in IV set chamber, can used together with an infusion pump to control drop rate. Drop sensor should work normal even in condition of chamber deviation or directly exposed to environment light. Infrared components must careful select, light transmit and receive must calculate to get circuit parameter. Controlled by digital mode, align light strength, control width of light, simultaneously data sample, use pulses detect algorism. Finally, at the drop angle is within±45°,It can be used when the infusion pipeline is Lightproof or water miston the inner surface or different batches of photosensitive devices. So as to achieve accurate, low-power droplet detection.
