摘要 为了评估低功耗产品的动态电流情况,设计一款针对低功耗设备的动态电流检测装置。该装置通过超低导通内阻的MOS管进行六档采样电阻的切换,采用AD8418对微弱电压信号放大,利用高速ADC芯片AD9220对电压信号进行采样,利用GD32E103单片机进行数据处理与分析,并通过屏幕和上位机将电流数据可视化处理。阐述了系统的总体方案设计,并相应的介绍了软硬件中重要部分。系统测试结果表明,装置信号采样速率2 000 KSa/s,电流测量范围0.1μA~1.2 A,动态电流测量误差低于1.5%。因此,该装置使用方便、成本低廉、准确度较好,具有一定的使用价值。 In order to evaluate dynamic current measurement, the dynamic measurement of current device is designed. This device can switch the six sampling resistances through low Rds-on MOS transistors, AD8418 is used to amplify weak voltage, high speed ADC of AD9220 is used to sample the signal, GD32 E103 is used for data processing and analysis, and the current data is displayed on LCD screen and host computer software. This paper elaborates the overall design scheme of the system, and introduces the important component. This test shows that, sampling rate of the device is 2 000 KSa/s, the range of current measuring is 0.1 μA ~ 1.2 A, the error of dynamic current measurement is less than 1.5%. Therefore, the device is easy to operate, accurate, cost-effective and has certain application value.
