健康中国视域下加快中医药健康服务人才培养的思考

Thinking on accelerating the training of Chinese medicine health service talents from the perspective of healthy China

中医药健康服务业可以分为中医药医疗、中医药健康管理、中医药健康促进3大类。现行的中医药人才培养体系尚不能完全适应中医药健康服务业的发展,体现在中医类本科专业设置与中医药健康服务业匹配度不高,全科医学教育体系与基层中医药健康服务政策不衔接,技能人员职业资格设置中缺少中医药养生保健类职业准入制度。因此,有必要重塑中医药健康服务人才培养的理念,优化中医药健康服务人才培养体系和结构,构建中西医融合的全科医学教育体系,建立适应中医药健康服务发展的职业技能培训与鉴定体系。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health service can be divided into three categories:medical treatment,health management and health promotion.The current TCM training system does not match the needs of the development of TCM health service industry.Especially as the undergraduate major,TCM education fails to meet the occupational requirement of health service industry;the general medical education system is not well linked to TCM health service policy in China and there is no standardized entrance system for TCM health service occupation.Therefore,it is necessary to reshape the talent training of TCM health service,to optimize the current system and structure of TCM health service personnel,to strengthen a general education based on integration of TCM and to establish an occupational threshold of TCM health service.
