高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养的现状与对策

Research on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine

高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养对推动高校综合教育改革及中医药事业发展具有积极作用和深远意义。本文介绍了我国高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养的现状,分析了创新创业教育改革存在理念误区、创新创业教学资源质量不高、师资队伍力量薄弱、创新创业教育改革存在供需矛盾4个方面的问题,提出从创新创业教育供给侧与需求侧2个方面共同施策,优化创新创业人才培养的育人理念、课程资源、师资队伍和成果转化平台;同时,注重对学生价值认识、专业知识、创新意识和创业胆识的教育引导,以期为高等中医药院校创新创业人才培养提供参考。

The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine has a positive effect and far-reaching significance to promot the reformation of comprehensive education and the development of Chinese medicine.The article introduces the current state of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine and presents challenges in the innovation and entrepreneurship education reformation,including concept misunderstanding,low quality of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching resources,insufficient faculty resources,contradiction between supply and demand in innovation and entrepreneurship education reformation.To tackle these challenges,it is proposed that the innovation and entrepreneurship education should be implemented jointly on both supply side and the demand side to optimize the education concept,curriculum resources,faculty and achievement transformation platform for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and pay attention to the value identification and professional knowledge of students.It is recommended to strengthen education and guidance of innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial support aiming at better cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
