Research on Power Control System of Semiconductor Laser with Active Temperature

摘要 利用场效应管和精密运算放大器组合,改变半导体激光器电流控制输出光功率变化的特性,研发了一种半导体激光器电源控制系统,电源实时数据采集,多路电流输出,反馈调节稳定。采用主动控温策略设计,实时采集温度,与设定温度比较控制风扇转速,保证温度恒定,进一步保证激光器输出光功率稳定。试验表明,电源控制系统电流在0~20 A精密可调,调制频率达50 kHz,输出激光功率误差控制在±2%,具有高频调制性能好、输出稳定、主动控温等优点。 The characteristics of the semiconductor laser current control output optical power change were combined by field effect tubes and precision op amp, and a semiconductor laser power supply control system, power source real-time data acquisition, multiplex current output, feedback adjustment stability. The active temperature control strategy design is used, and the temperature is collected in real time. The control fan speed is compared to the set temperature, ensuring the temperature constant, and further ensuring that the laser output optical power is stable. The test results show that the power control system current is accurately adjustable from 0 to 20 A, the modulation frequency reaches 50 kHz, and the output laser power error is controlled at ± 2%, which has the advantages of high frequency modulation performance, stable output and active temperature.
