护士灾难准备度影响因素及应对策略的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors and coping strategies of nurses’ disaster preparedness

护士灾难准备度的影响因素包括护士的学历、性别、工作年限、科室、救灾经历、医院等级及救灾培训课程,可以采取有效的措施来提高护士灾难准备度,如通过加强灾难护理能力培训,提高灾难护理能力水平;提供模拟灾难演习,提高灾难反应速度;灾难内容纳入护理课程,提供灾难护理教育;建立国家信息交流中心,提供灾难护理的指导和资源。我们从个人特征、工作相关因素及组织因素3个方面,对护士灾难准备度的影响因素及目前的应对策略进行了综述,以期为护理管理者提供参考依据。

The influencing factors of nurses’ disaster preparedness include nurses’ education,gender,working years,department,disaster relief experience,hospital level and disaster relief training courses. It is suggested that effective measures should be taken to improve the nurses’ disaster preparedness,such as strengthening the training of disaster nursing ability to improve the level of disaster nursing ability,providing simulated disaster drills to improve the speed of disaster response,integrating disaster content into nursing curriculum to provide disaster nursing education,and establishing national clearing-house to provide guidance and resources for disaster care. We summarize the influencing factors and current coping strategies of nurses’ disaster preparation from three aspects: personal characteristics,work related factors and organizational factors,in order to provide reference for nursing managers.
