Steam boiler is a kind of common heating and steam supply equipment in industrial production,and it is also a kind of special equipment which is prone to cause major accidents.Through data verification,macro inspection of accident site boiler,wall thickness detection,hardness detection,water quality detection,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum detection,metallographic detection and material detection of explosion accident boiler,the causes are analyzed.Thus the preventive measures are put forward to provide some help for the safe operation of the boiler in the future,to protect personal and property safety,and to prevent the occurrence of boiler accidents.
