压力容器的趨期服役现象普遍存在,目前针对超期服役设务的定期检验主要是增加常规检验项目或比例,本文结合趨期服役压力容器的运行现状以及压力容器的定期检验要求,在使用单位安全管理状况、检验检测、损伤模式上提出安全评估建议,验证企业承担超期服役设备安全运行的能力,依据评估情况制定相应的检验方案,有效排除风险和隐患,确保趨期服役压力容器安全运行。
