摘要
在加速推动新一代信息技术与制造技术深度融合的背景下,制造型企业基于大数据的商业模式创新已经成为理论界和实业界关注的焦点。以三一集团作为探索性案例,运用扎根理论方法对原始材料进行编码分析,构建了大数据驱动商业模式创新理论模型。该模型中,大数据由洞察预测、分析决策和连接整合3个维度构成,商业模式创新由定位创新、营运创新和盈利创新3个维度构成;大数据通过影响个人层面的管理者认知、组织层面的资源基础及动态能力、外部环境层面的商业生态3种路径来驱动商业模式创新。研究结论不仅揭示了制造型企业基于大数据的商业模式创新产生机制的“黑箱”,而且有助于指导制造型企业转型实践。
Under the background of accelerating the integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing technology,the business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises based on big data has become the focus of the theoretical and industrial circles.Taking SANY Group as an exploratory case,we use grounded theory to code,and build a model of business model innovation driven by big data.In this model,the big data is composed of three dimensions which are insight and prediction,analysis and decision,connection and integration.The business model innovation is composed of three dimensions which are orientation innovation,operation innovation and profit innovation.Big data drives business model innovation through three paths that affects the managerial cognition of the individual level,the resource base and dynamic capability of the organizational level,and the business ecosystem of the external environment.The research conclusions not only reveal the“black box”of business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises based on big data,but also can guide the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
