摘要
将疏水化β-环糊精基阳离子型絮凝剂的制备、表征及其絮凝脱色性能设计为轻化工程专业本科生的综合教学实验,一方面使学生熟悉高效环保的有机高分子絮凝剂的合成、表征及性能测试的方法和技术,掌握大型精密仪器的结构、工作原理、制样及操作技能,提高本科生的实验技能及动手实践能力;另一方面,实验中以学生探索为主,提升学生文献解析、自主设计实验和团队合作的能力,培养学生的科研思维和创新意识,激发其科研热情。
Synthesis,characterization and flocculation decolorization performance of hydrophobic β-CD based cationic flocculant was designed as an undergraduate comprehensive teaching experiment of light chemical engineering specialty.Through the experiment,the undergraduates could understand the preparation methods,characterization techniques and properties testing manners of efficient and environmental organic polymer flocculants and master the structure,principle,sample preparation and operation of large precision instruments,which could improve the students experimental skills and practical ability.Except that,students’exploring is given top priority in the experiment,which would promote their abilities of analyzing literature,designing experiments independently and team operation.And the experiment might cultivate scientific thinking and innovation consciousness of the students and inspire their enthusiasm of scientific research.
