摘要 以单片机为核心,配合单片机外设,设计了简易数字示波器实验。通过ICL8038信号发生器产生信号形式、频率和幅值可调的信号,经过单片机内部ADC转化为数字信号发送给单片机处理,再通过LCD12864显示波形及参数,最后观察波形并进行实验数据的误差分析。该实验过程结合了数字信号处理、单片机原理、计算机程序设计、接口原理、通信原理等课程相关内容,充分锻炼了学生对所学课程的综合运用能力。实验结果表明,该示波器的测量误差在±3%范围之内,实验重复性较好,适合作为学生实验内容。 Taking the Arduino MCU as the core and the MCU peripherals,a simple digital oscilloscope comprehensive experiment was designed.The signal form,frequency and amplitude adjustable signal are generated by the ICL8038 signal generator,which is converted into digital signal by the internal ADC of the MCU and sent to the MCU for processing.Then the waveform and parameters are displayed through the LCD12864,and finally the waveform is observed and the error analysis of the experimental data is performed.The experimental process combines the content of digital signal processing,single-chip microcomputer principle,computer program design,interface principle,communication principle and other courses,and fully exercises the students comprehensive ability to use the courses they have studied.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the oscilloscope is within±3%and the system has good experimental repeatability,which is suitable for students’experimental content.
