从管道模型光固化的打印过程及后处理二次固化工艺试验研究

摘要 光固化成型技术(SLA)是目前应用较多的快速成型技术之一,有成型精度高、表面质量好,自动化程度高等优点。SLA的后处理是光固化成型技术的重要环节,然而目前缺乏系统的研究。以管道为试验模型,结合试验数据分析了切片层厚、打印功率、二次固化功率和时间等重要参数对成品打印件质量的影响;分析了试验中光固化打印件在二次固化后会变黄的现象。为光固化液压管路后处理技术在工业领域的应用提供了理论依据和可行的试验方法。 Stereo lithography appearance(SLA)is one of the rapid prototyping technologies which is widely used at present.It has the advantages of high molding precision,good surface quality and high level of automation.SLA post-processing is an important part of the stereo lithography appearance,but there is a lack of systematic research in this field.The influences of the important parameters such as the thickness of the slice layer,the printing power,the secondary curing power and the curing time on the quality of the products were analyzed according to the experimental data.In this paper,the phenomenon that photocurable printing parts turned yellow after secondary curing was mentioned.It provides a theoretical basis and a feasible experimental method for the application of the post-treatment technology in the industrial field.
