手持XRF在矿石可选性研究实验课程中的应用

摘要 介绍了北京科技大学矿物加工工程专业矿石可选性研究实验课程的基本情况,针对课程中存在的问题,通过革新和探索教学手段,在课程中使用手持式X射线荧光光谱仪,充分利用其在矿石样品分析方面具有的快速、准确和便携的优势,使学生能够快速得到矿物分选样品中目标元素的准确含量,从而能获取某一影响因素的规律,制定下一步的试验方案。近几年的教学实践证明,将手持XRF应用于该实验课程中,不仅能大大提高学生试验过程的总体效率,而且能显著增强学生对于实验操作的积极性和热情,最终达到培养学生的创新实践能力和科学意识的目的。 The basic situation of experimental course for ore beneficiablity research of undergraduates majoring in mineral processing engineering at University of Science and Technology Beijing is introduced.According to the existing problems of the course,through the innovation and exploration of teaching methods,the hand-held X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used in this course,making full use of its rapid,accurate and portable advantages in analysis of ore sample.Students can quickly obtain the exact content of the target elements in the samples by mineral separation,so that the law of a certain influencing factor can be acquired,and the next experimental scheme can be formulated.In recent years,the teaching practice has proved that the application of hand-held XRF in the experimental course can not only greatly improve the overall efficiency of the student’s experimental process,but also significantly enhance the students’initiative and enthusiasm for experimental operation,ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating students innovative practical ability and scientific awareness.
