实验室危险化学品全寿命管理研究

Research on hazardous chemicals life-cycle management of laboratory

危险化学品(危化品)既是实验室科学研究的重要原材料,又是实验室主要危险源,危化品引起的实验室安全事故频发,已经成为实验室运行中的重大安全隐患,加强危化品全寿命管理十分必要。通过梳理国家法律法规对危化品的安全使用要求和实验室用危化品分类,提出危化品采购、保管、使用、回收(废弃)、废弃物处理的全过程管理内容,从管理职责、加强保管、正确使用、应急演练四个方面给出强化危化品全寿命周期管理的有效措施,以确保严格按照要求实施采购,危化品存储、使用、废弃处理合规,以摘除这一实验室安全“肿瘤”。

Hazardous chemicals are not only an important raw material for laboratory scientific research,but also a major source of danger in laboratories.The frequent occurrence of laboratory safety accidents was caused by hazardous chemicals.It is necessary to strengthen the management of hazardous chemicals.By combing national laws and regulations on the safe use of hazardous chemicals and the classification,the process management of hazardous chemicals was proposed,including procurement,storage,using,recycling(abandoned),and waste disposal.The effective measures to strengthen the life-cycle management were given from the management responsibilities,safekeeping,proper use,and emergency,to ensure that procurement is strictly carried out and the storage,use,and disposal of hazardous chemicals are in compliance with the regulations,in order to remove the tumor of laboratory safety.
