In-depth discussion on safety education model of teaching laboratory in medical universities under the new situation

近年随着医学高等院校教学科研改革取得历史性成就,教学实验室安全也成为各院校安全工作的重中之重。但目前各院校普遍存在教师和学生自我安全意识不强,缺乏系统专业的、可持续性和连贯性的安全教育课程体系,缺乏系统专业的医学安全教育教材等现象。因此,将从规范实验室安全基础教育课程,随堂安全教育模式改革,翻转模式的安全教育改革,虚拟VR技术和增强AR技术在实验室安全教育中的应用,加强实验室师资队伍的安全培训,建设实验室安全教育文化体系等方面,对教学实验室的安全教育体系进行深入探讨。

In recent years,with the historic achievements of teaching and scientific research reform in medical universities,the safety of teaching laboratories has become the top priority of safety work.However,many teachers and students are lack of safety awareness,and there is no systematic,professional,sustainable and coherent safety education system.Therefore,in this paper we will discuss how to improve the situation of safety education in teaching laboratory,such as to standardize the basic course of laboratory safety education,the reform of in-class safety education mode,the safety education reform of turnover mode,the application of virtual VR technology and AR technology in laboratory safety education,strengthen the safety training of laboratory teachers,and construct the culture system of laboratory safety education.
