摘要
高校实验室安全管理是关乎生命与财产安全的大事,必须作为重中之重。通过梳理物理学科实验室的危险源以及安全管理现状,从安全责任体系、安全管理制度和安全专项检查三个方面总结了学科实验室存在的普遍问题,提出了全过程安全管理体系。实验前阶段进行风险评估,采取防控措施,加强安全服务;实验过程中严格规范操作,互相监督提醒,加快信息化建设;实验收尾阶段废物妥善处理,仪器电源关闭,实验用品归位,从三个阶段对物理学科实验室的安全管理工作进行全方位的探索。
The safety management of university laboratory is an important issue,which is related to the life and property safety.Through sorting out the hazard sources and the current situation of safety management,the paper summarizes the common problems in laboratories from three aspects of safety responsibility system,safety management system and special safety inspection.Authors propose the whole process management system.Before the experiment,we should take risk assessment and preventive measures to strengthen safety services.In the process of experiment,we must have standard operation,mutual supervision and reminder,and speed up the information construction.At the end of the experiment,the waste is properly disposed,the power of the instrument is turned off,and the experimental supplies are put in place.The safety management of the physics laboratory is systematically explored from three stages of experiment.
