摘要
癫痫发作后精神病是一种定义明确的临床综合征,由于其处于神经和精神病学间的模糊地带,受到的临床关注不够,为其防治带来了不确定性。本文详细的总结了这种特殊临床综合征的历史演变、发病率、临床特征,讨论了其诊断标准和治疗方法,并介绍了最近几年的研究进展和长期预后,以帮助医务人员正确处理这种特殊的临床综合征。
Post-epilepsy psychosis is a well-defined clinical syndrome.As it is on the borderline between neurology and psychiatry,it has received insufficient clinical attention,creating uncertainty for its prevention and treatment.This article reviews the historical evolution,incidence,and clinical features of this special clinical syn⁃drome,discusses its diagnostic criteria and therapeutic methods,and introduces its research progress in recent years and long-term prognosis,with a view to helping medical staff correctly handle this special clinical syndrome.
