细胞死亡是生物体的基本生理过程,包含从胚胎发育、器官维持和衰老扩展到免疫反应和自身免疫的协调,包含意外细胞死亡(accidental celldeath,ACD)和调节性细胞死亡(regulatedcelldeath,RCD)等不同方式的细胞死亡。越来越多的新的非凋亡形式被确定,已经被称为RCD的不同形式,预示着这一领域的不断扩展和协调多种细胞死亡途径新机制的出现。我们探究了更多关于细胞调控路径并最终形成不同类型细胞死亡的复杂情况,总结了一个更新的细胞死亡子程序分类,阐述了作用机制和应用,强调了常见和独特的途径及其对周围细胞和整个生物体的影响。

Cell death is a fundamental physiological process in living organisms,ranging from embryonic de⁃velopment,organ maintenance,and aging to immune responses and autoimmune coordination;it involves various forms of death which include both accidental cell death(ACD)and regulated cell death(RCD).An increasing num⁃ber of new non-apoptotic forms of cell death have been identified and named variants of RCD,heralding the continu⁃ous expansion of this field and the emergence of new mechanisms to coordinate multiple cell death pathways.We ex⁃plored more about the complexities of cellular regulatory pathways that culminated in different forms of cell death,summarized an updated classification of cell death subroutines,elaborated on the mechanisms of action and applica⁃tions,and highlighted common and unique pathways and their effects on surrounding cells and the whole organism.
