摘要
目的总结与癌症预后有关的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)和微小RNA(miRNA)并分析其相关性,以评价ln⁃cRNA和miRNA在癌症预后及相关性方面的现状。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web ofScience、CNKI和Cochrane图书馆数据库,收集队列研究文献并使用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表进行偏倚风险评估,使用R 4.0.2分析风险比(HR)和相关系数r。结果共纳入27篇针对2967例患者的研究。森林图显示,高表达的lncRNA与总体生存率预后不良有关,合并的HR为2.49(95%CI:2.04~3.03,P<0.001);lncRNA与miRNA呈负相关,合并的r值为-0.68(95%CI:-0.8~-0.56)。结论非编码RNA对于癌症预后可能是预测因子,且lncRNA与miRNA之间存在相关性,可能共同发挥作用影响癌症预后。
Objective To analyze the relationship between long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),microRNA(miRNA),and the prognosis of cancers.Methods We searched PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and the Cochrane Library for relevant cohort studies,used the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale to assess the risk of bias,and employed R 4.0.2 to analyze hazard ratio(HR)and correlation coefficient(r).Results A total of 27 studies involving 2967 patients were included.The forest plots showed that high expression of lncRNA was correlated with a poor overall survival rate,with a pooled HR of 2.49(95%confidence interval[CI]:2.04 to 3.03,P<0.001);there was a negative correlation between lncRNA and miRNA,with a pooled r of-0.68(95%CI:-0.8 to-0.56).Conclusion LncRNA may be a predictor for the prognosis of cancer.There is a correlation be⁃tween lncRNA and miRNA,and they may work together to affect the prognosis of cancer.
