摘要 在数字化设计及智慧管网建设中,数字化协同设计是协同各专业设计管理、提升设计效率、将设计数据无缝流转的最佳方式,能够使工艺、设备、配管、自控、电力等相关专业在同一个设计平台上开展工作,可实现管道、仪表流程、设备安装、三维配管、自控系统选型及电缆敷设设计的有机结合,降低由于各专业模型数据不统一而造成的模型碰撞。通过在西气东输三线闽粤支干线管道工程上运用全数字化协同设计方法,对输气站场各专业数字化设计软件进行整合应用,实现了项目的精细化设计、全数字化移交。数字化协同设计的应用,为构建数字孪生体、实现智慧管网运营奠定了坚实基础。 In digital design and intelligent pipe network construction,digital collaborative design is the best way to coordinate design management of various specialties,improve design efficiency and seamlessly transfer design data.Using digital collaborative design can make the process,equipment,piping,automatic control,electric and other related majors work on the same design platform,realiz-es the combination of the pipeline,instrumentation process,equipment installation,3D piping,au-tomatic control system selection,and cable laying design process,and reduces the model collision caused by the inconsistency of professional model data.Through the application of full-digital collabor-ative design method in the Fujian-Guangdong branch line of West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline No.3 management project,the integrated application of various specialized digitalized design software of the gas transmission station can realize the fine design and fully digitalized handover of the project.The application of digital collaborative design lays a solid foundation for the construction of digital twins and the realization of intelligent pipe network operations.
