摘要
管道运输是油田生产中液态原料和产品输送的最主要形式,管道泄漏的检测既是一项提高日常维护效率的重要方法,也是防盗、减少油品污染环境的重要手段。目前国内对负压波-输量平衡法、次声波法均有应用,在不同工况下取得了一定的应用效果。同时在融合通信技术、控制技术、计算机技术后,建立后端综合管理平台,实现管道运行状态实时监控,不仅提升了油气生产科学决策和管理水平,还降低了生产运行成本。
Pipeline transmission is the main form of liquid raw material and product transportation in oilfield production.Pipeline leakage detection is not only an important method to improve the efficiency of daily maintenance,but also an important means to prevent theft and reduce oil pollution.At pres-ent,the negative pressure wave-transmission balance method and infrasonic wave method both have been applied in China,and certain application effects have been obtained under different working con-ditions.At the same time,after the integration of communication technology,control technology and computer technology,the back-end comprehensive management platform is established to realize the real-time monitoring of pipeline operation status,which not only improves the scientific decision making and management level of oil and gas production,but also reduces the production and operation cost.
