摘要
针对载货汽车驾驶室强度法规升级,利用热成型材料的特性,对基础车型关键力学传递路径的部件使用热成型钢的车身加强方案,并通过仿真分析对该优化方案进行了验证。优化后白车身总质量252 kg,热成型应用32.5 kg,占比为12.9%。将优化方案在样车中体现后,进行认证试验,试验一次性通过,成本和质量也满足目标要求。
To adapt to the upgrading of regulation concerning cargo truck cab strength,body reinforcement scheme using thermoformed steel is implemented on parts responsible for key mechanical transfer path of basic vehicle model.This optimization scheme is verified by simulation analysis.Total weight of the optimized BIW(Body In White)is 252 kg,in which thermoformed parts weighing 32.5 kg,accounting for 12.9%of total weight.The prototype with the optimization scheme passes the homologation test,with cost and quality complying with target requirement.
