摘要
对直流TIG焊焊接1.5 mm厚的304不锈钢工艺进行了研究,利用Minitab软件对影响焊接工艺的参数进行筛选,通过均匀设计和黄金分割试验对焊接工艺参数进行优化,对焊缝进行力学性能及金相显微组织分析,并采用ANSYS对不锈钢板焊接进行温度场的数值模拟。结果表明,通过2种试验优化设计方法得到的最佳焊接工艺参数是焊接电流84 A,氩气流量7 L/min,焊接速度2.9~3.1 mm/s,ANSYS模拟的温度场验证了焊接参数的最佳性。
This article studies the process of DC TIG welding of 304 stainless steel with thickness of 1.5 mm,selects the factors affecting the welding technologies by means of the Minitab,and optimizes welding process parameters through uniform design and the golden section test,then analyzes the mechanical properties and metallurgical microstructure of weld joint,and makes the numerical simulation of temperature field of the stainless steel plate by the ANSYS software.Results indicate that the optimal welding process parameters obtained by 2 experimental optimization methods are like this:welding current is 84 A,argon flow is 7 L/min,welding velocity is 2.9~3.1 mm/s,and the simulated temperature field by ANSYS proves that the welding parameters are the best of all.
