摘要 为解决当前汽车总装车间多种车型多配置的混流生产方式所引发的错漏装频发的问题,提升质量保证能力和生产效率,应用最先进的数字化手段,设计了一套基于RFID、视觉识别等技术的数字化防错漏装系统,能够实现车辆信息自动识别,装配信息提示,装配件信息提取,错漏装防止,数据分析和追溯等功能。通过在总装车间的实际应用,实现了关键零部件的100%防错漏装,有效地节约了返修工时,提升了生产效率和装配质量,对数字化防错漏装技术的应用具有借鉴意义。 To solve the common problem of wrong and omission of assembly caused by mixed production mode of multiple vehicle models and configurations in most of the automobile assembly workshops,improve production efficiency and quality,a digital wrong and omission assembly prevention system is designed using up-to-date digital means based on digital technologies such as RFID and visual recognition to improve production efficiency and quality,the system can enable functions including automatic recognition of vehicle information,assembly information alert,information extraction of assembly parts,wrong or omission assembly prevention,data analysis and traceability.Application of this system on the final assembly workshop show that 100%wrong and omission assembly of key parts can be prevented,the repair working hours are effectively saved,and the production efficiency and assembly quality are improved.It can be used as a reference for the application of digital wrong and omission assembly prevention technologies.
