摘要
目的评估经椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作玻璃陶瓷嵌体修复后牙牙体缺损的短期临床效果。方法2016年8月—2018年7月来我院就诊的后牙牙体缺损患者497例,经CAD/CAM系统制作二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷嵌体进行修复,12个月时采用改进后的美国公共卫生服务(USPHS)标准量表对修复效果进行评价,并对普通嵌体和高嵌体的修复效果进行比较。结果修复完成12个月时按时复诊的患者473例,共501颗嵌体,其中普通嵌体374颗,高嵌体127颗,两种嵌体的有无折裂、有无变色及边缘密合度比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论通过椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷嵌体修复后牙缺损的成功率较高,短期临床效果满意,同时两种嵌体修复后牙缺损的成功率无明显差异。
Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of glass-ceramic restoration based on the chairside computer-aided design/manufacturing(CAD/CAM)system for posterior tooth defects.Methods We selected 497 patients with posterior tooth defects who visited our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018,using CAD/CAM-fabricated lithium disilicate glass ceramic inlays or onlays for repair.At 12 months after restoration,the efficacy was assessed using the modified US Public Health Service criteria.The efficacy of the inlays and onlays was compared.Results At 12 months after restoration,473 patients completed follow-up visits,involving 374 inlays and 127 onlays.No significant difference was observed in fracture,discoloration,or marginal fit between the inlays and onlays(P>0.05).Conclusion Chairside CAD/CAM system-based lithium disilicate glass ceramic restoration has a high success rate and satisfactory short-term clinical efficacy in the treatment of posterior tooth defects.There is no difference in success rate between inlays and onlays.
