新冠疫情对我国跨境电商行业的影响及对策研究

Research on the Impact of the Covid-19 on China’s Cross-border E-commerce Industry and its Countermeasures

本文通过比较分析、文献分析和经验总结等方法,研究了新冠疫情对我国跨境电商行业产生的影响。结果发现跨境电商行业通过此次疫情赢得了新的发展,并在此次抗击新冠疫情的行动中发挥着盘活资金流动、实现物资运输等重大作用。研究发现:跨境电子商务行业的持续发展将会为国家的经济发展提供动力,但是目前该行业的发展还不是特别成熟,在物流运转、电子支付、商品描述真实性和管理体系等方面都存在些许不足,需要实施可行有效的方法进行改进。本文就以新冠疫情为背景,浅谈跨境电商行业需要做的改进,对该行业的发展研究具有重要意义。

Through comparative analysis,literature analysis,and experience summary,the impact of the Covid-19 on China’s cross-border e-commerce industry has been studied,and it is found that the cross-border e-commerce industry has gained new development through this pandemic.In the fight against the Covid-19,it plays a major role in invigorating the flow of funds and realizing the transportation of materials.It is found that the continuous development of the cross-border e-commerce industry will provide impetus for the country’s economic development,but the current development of the industry is not particularly mature.There are some shortcomings existing in logistics operation,electronic payment,product description authenticity and management systems,which requires the implementation of feasible and effective methods for improvement.Based on the background of the Covid-19,this research discusses the improvements that the cross-border e-commerce industry needs to make in this context,which is of great significance to the development of the industry.
