18世纪以来,全球化进程持续加速,潜移默化地影响着全球大部分国家、企业和人民的生活。中国作为世界第二大经济体,积极推进了全球化加速发展的进程,坚持对外开放的基本国策和国际国内双循环战略,积极促进“一带一路”国际合作,彰显中国力量,努力实现政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通的目标。本文将阐述企业全球化的定义,并通过企业案例分析说明中国企业“走出去”、境外企业“引进来”等不同情况下全球化给企业带来的机遇、挑战和全球化发展的可行性研究。本文将从目标市场选择、进入模式选择,从政府和企业层面提出有关对策,希望能够帮助企业有效缓解和应对企业全球化带来的冲击影响。
Since the 18 th century,the process of globalization has continued to accelerate,and it has subtly affected the lives of most countries,enterprises and people in the world.As the second largest economy in the world,China has actively promoted the accelerated development of globalization,adhered to the basic national policy of opening up and the international and domestic dual-cycle strategy,actively promoted the Belt and Road international cooperation,demonstrated China’s strength,and strived to achieve connections of policy,facilities,trade,finance and people.This article will elaborate on the definition of corporate globalization,and use case studies to illustrate the opportunities and challenges that globalization brings to companies under different circumstances,such as Chinese companies"going out"and overseas companies"bringing in",and the feasibility study of globalization development.This article will select the targeted market and the entry mode,and propose relevant countermeasures from the government and enterprise levels,hoping to help enterprises effectively alleviate and respond to the impact of globalization.
