The Impact of Intellectual Property Protection on the Relationship between in Dependent Innovation and Industrial Security

使用门槛变量为知识产权保护的动态面板构建门槛回归模型,运用中国高技术产业省际面板数据,实证分析知识产权保护在高技术产业自主创新对产业安全的影响中所起的作用。结果显示,自主创新对产业安全的影响受到知识产权保护水平的显著影响,提升知识产权保护水平对发挥自主创新对产业安全的正向影响起到至关重要的作用。

This paper uses threshold variables to construct a threshold regression model for the dynamic panel of intellectual property protection,and uses inter-provincial panel data of China’s high-tech industry to empirically analyze the role of intellectual property protection in the impact of high-tech industry independent innovation on industrial security.The results show that the impact of independent innovation on industrial security is significantly affected by the level of protection of intellectual property rights.Improving the level of protection of intellectual property plays a vital role in exerting the positive impact of independent innovation on industrial security.
