摘要
近年来,全球的博物馆和知识产权界都在关心博物馆文化产品的开发与保护,这是一个值得深入探讨的问题。现在社会生活中至关重要的文化空间就是博物馆,因为它不仅有展示、承载、教育、休闲和研究这些具体的社会服务功能,还在逐渐成为每一个地方的标志性建筑和历史文化符号,尤其是在当代中国社会高速发展的情况下,人们对社会文化的重视程度不断加深,国家在极力推动文化创意产业的发展。在这种良好的大环境之下,博物馆逐渐抓紧时代机遇,进一步强化自己的基本公共服务职能。本文在借鉴美国纽约大都会博物馆文化产品的开发与知识产权维护相关经验,深入探讨了中国博物馆的文化产品发展。
In recent years,museums and intellectual property circles around the world have been concerned about the development and protection of museum cultural products,which is an issue worthy of in-depth discussion.Nowadays,the most important cultural space in social life is the museum,because it not only has the specific social service functions of exhibition,carrying,education,leisure and research,but also gradually become the landmark architecture and cultural symbol of every place.Especially under the rapid development of contemporary Chinese society,people pay more and more attention to social culture,and China is vigorously promoting the development of cultural and creative industries.In this environment,museums gradually seize the opportunities to further strengthen their basic public service functions.This paper deeply discusses the development of cultural products in Chinese museums by learning from the relevant experience of the development of cultural products and the maintenance of intellectual property rights in the Metropolitan Museum of New York.
