线上职业生涯规划咨询诊断服务平台的设计研究

摘要 就业与发展无疑是当今社会的大主题。目前,就业咨询诊断的理论技术较过去成熟许多,但从宏观角度来看,中国职业咨询行业还处于探索发展阶段。针对目前职业咨询服务行业潜在需求大、购买意识弱、专业化程度低的特点,在“互联网+”时代背景下,构建线上平台突破时空限制,从用户的不同需求入手,满足用户对职业生涯规划从咨询到培训过程中的全方位需求,从而延长产业链。咨询设计专业导师+职场导师模式,多维度指导,采用提前量管理,有效控制机会成本,提高成长加速度。 Employment and development is undoubtedly the major themes of today’s society.At present,the theory and technology of employment counseling diagnosis are more mature than before,but from a macro perspective,Chinese occupation consulting industry is still in the stage of exploration and development.In view of the characteristics of the potential demand,low purchase consciousness and low specialization of the occupation consulting service industry,the construction of online platform can break through the limitation of time and space under the background of"Internet+"occupation,and start with the different needs of users,so as to satisfy the users’all-round demand for career planning from consultation to training,thus extending the industrial chain.This paper puts forward the consulting mode of"professional tutor+workplace tutor",carries out multi-dimensional guidance,adopts advance management,effectively controls opportunity cost and improves growth acceleration.
