摘要 随着经济体制改革不断深入,市场经济不断发展,市场竞争也不断加剧,这对于大型企业如何提高核心竞争力提出了更高的要求。企业传统文化是指企业在生存发展的过程中逐渐形成的,被所有员工广泛认同并自觉遵守的,带有企业独具特色的文化内涵、历史文化传统、道德行为准则、核心价值观、行为准则和法律规范。本文深入研究了我国企业文化在现代企业经营管理中的重要性,并对我国企业文化在创建的方法和途径上进行了深入分析,旨在给予企业文化的形成与创建工作提供一定的参考。 With the deepening of economic and political reforms,the continuous progress and development of the market economy,and the intensification of market competition,large enterprises face greater challenges in how to improve their core competitiveness.Corporate traditions and culture refer to the distinctive cultural connotation,historical and cultural traditions,moral code of conduct,core values and legal norms that are gradually formed in the process of an enterprise’s survival and development and are widely recognized and consciously observed by all employees.This paper thoroughly studies the importance and role of corporate culture in modern corporate management,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the methods and approaches of developing corporate culture in China,so as to provide some reference to and facilitate the formation and creation of corporate culture.
