摘要
在计算机信息技术的推动下,数字化转型是企业发展的必然选择。作为企业核心竞争力的根本保障,法务管理水平有待进一步提升。因此,对数字化转型环境下的企业法务管理改革策略进行分析。现阶段企业法务管理虽然已取得一定成效,但还存在法务管理组织建设不完善、信息化水平较低、管理流程过于追求经济效益和缺乏复合型管理人才的问题。通过加强企业法务管理组织建设,建立统一的执业模式和规范;借助数字信息化手段,固化管理成果;建设线上线下双渠道的管理流程,提供专业的法律服务;完善法务管理人员结构,健全招聘与评价考核标准,以此促进企业整体法务管理水平的提升。
Under the promotion of computer information technology,digital transformation is the inevitable choice of enterprise development.As the fundamental guarantee of the core competitiveness of enterprises,the level of legal management needs to be further improved.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reform strategies of enterprise legal management in the environment of digital transformation.At present,although the enterprise legal management has achieved certain results,there are still some problems,such as the imperfect development of legal management organizations,the low level of informatization,the excessive pursuit of economic benefits in the management process and the lack of compound management talent.The paper puts forward the following strategies:establish a unified practice mode and norms through strengthening the development of enterprise legal management organizations;solidify the management results with the help of digital information means;build a management process with both online and offline channels and provide professional legal services;improve the structure of legal management personnel,and the recruitment and evaluation standards,so as to promote the improvement of the overall legal management level of enterprises.
