怎样培养高职院校学生创新创业能力,如何和生产一线对接使得人才更好地适应社会发展,是高校人才培养质量提升的重要任务。在校企合作模式下,高职院校培养学生创新创业能力过程中还存在诸多问题,进而导致培养工作开展效果并不理想。为此,本文针对这一热点问题展开了研究和探讨,希望可以为校企双元育人提供思路,为提升高职院校学生创新创业能力提供帮助。

How to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational colleges students and how to match with the production line to make talents better adapt to social development are key points of colleges to improve the quality of students’cultivation.Under the school-enterprise cooperation mode,there are some problems in the process of cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurial ability,which result in the unsatisfactory effect of cultivation work.Therefore,this paper studies and talks about this hot topic,hoping to provide ideas for the students’cultivation of schoolenterprise cooperation and offer help to improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students in higher vocational colleges.
