Practice and Thinking of Precise Services of Libraries of Public Hospitals for Core Readers

在医学信息高速增长、医院科研人员信息需求差异巨大的背景下,苏北人民医院图书馆精准定位核心服务对象、分析不同类型科研人员的信息需求,通过嵌入课题申报全流程、开展检索技能培训、提供多样化推送途径等方式,有针对性地向申报临床课题、医技课题、护理课题、管理课题、博士科研启动课题等科研人员提供多样化、专业化、个性化、主动化的泛在信息服务,实现科研课题数量及质量同步提升,促进医院科研发展。

With rapid growth of medical information and huge differences in the information needs of various hospital scientific personnel,library of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital analyzed the information needs of different types of personnel by accurately positioning the core service targets.By embedding the whole process of project application,conducting retrieval skills training,and offering diversified push channels,the library provided targeted research personnel of scientific projects,such as clinical projects,medical technology projects,nursing projects,management projects,and doctoral research start-up projects,in order to realize the simultaneous improvement of the number and quality of scientific research projects,and promote the development of scientific research in the hospital.
