不同方案激素治疗排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and Ssafety of Different Hormone Regimens in the Treatment of Ovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的本次研究分析不同孕激素对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的疗效与安全性观察。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月就诊于我院诊断为排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的患者150例作为研究对象,将这150例患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组50例。A组口服复方短效避孕药进行治疗,B组口服地屈孕酮进行治疗,C组口服安宫黄体酮治疗;对比3组对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的临床疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后月经量及子宫内膜厚度、心理状态评估、生活质量评分情况。结果A组口服复方短效避孕药的临床疗效总体来说高于口服地屈孕酮和口服安宫黄体酮治疗的B组和C组,治疗后3个组的月经量以及子宫内膜厚度均有所降低,且A组降低率对比B组C组结果更为显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。根据3组便秘情况、乳房胀痛情况以及性欲变化对比,3组数据对比并无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用口服复方短效避孕药对于治疗排卵障碍异常子宫出血比使用地屈孕酮和安宫黄体酮治疗的疗效更加显著,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect and safety of different progesterone on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ovulation disorder.Methods 150 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder diagnosed in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 150 patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with compound short acting contraceptive,group B was treated with didroxyprogesterone,and group C was treated with progesterone;the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared,and menstrual volume and endometrial thickness,evaluation of mental state,quality of life score before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,after treatment,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the three groups were decreased,and the reduction rate of group A was more significant than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).There was statistical significance.According to the comparison of constipation,breast pain and sexual desire,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of oral compound short acting contraceptives for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding of ovulation disorder is more significant than the use of didroxyprogesterone and medroxyprogesterone,and the safety is higher,which is worthy of promotion.
