摘要
慢性肾脏病已成为世界范围内严重的健康问题,心房颤动是慢性肾脏病患者易并发的心律失常。心房颤动加速了慢性肾脏病患者的临床进程,可继发心力衰竭、心肌梗死、缺血性中风,导致死亡的风险上升至2~5倍。全面认识与评价慢性肾脏病患者发生心房颤动的危险因素,可提高这部分患者的生存质量及临床预后。本文就是对慢性肾脏病合并心房颤动的危险因素及中医药认识作一总结,危险因素包括从性别与年龄;肾小球滤过率下降;高血压、心脏疾病及糖尿病等心血管疾病;相关治疗药物;终末期肾脏病透析方式以及家族史、心肌纤维化等方面进行综述。
Chronic kidney disease has become a serious health problem all over the world,and atrial fibrillation is a frequent arrhythmia in patients with chronic kidney disease.Atrial fibrillation accelerates the clinical process of patients with chronic kidney disease,and the risk of secondary heart failure,myocardial infarction,ischemic stroke and even death increases to 2-5 times.A comprehensive understanding and evaluation of the risk factors of atrial fibrillation in patients with chronic kidney disease is helpful to improve the clinical prognosis of patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.This paper reviews the risk factors of chronic kidney disease complicated with atrial fibrillation and the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine,including:gender and age;glomerular filtration rate decreased;cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,heart disease and diabetes;related therapeutic drugs;dialysis methods,family history,myocardial fibrosis and other aspects of end-stage kidney disease conduct a review.
