不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

Effect of Different doses of Mifepristone on Perimenopausal Uterine Leiomyoma

目的分析不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法对我院在2017年9月至2018年9月收治的120例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者纳入研究对象,按照随机数字方法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组以高剂量米非司酮治疗,对照组以低剂量米非司酮治疗。分析不同剂量米非司酮治疗取得的效果。结果比较两组患者临床治疗有效率,观察组(96.67%)要高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的子宫体积和肌瘤体积并无区别,治疗后体积均缩小,相比对照组,观察组患者体积缩小更明显(P<0.05);所有患者治疗前雌激素水平无区别,治疗后雌激素水平均下调,且观察组患者下调幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期子宫肌瘤采用米非司酮可获得较好的效果,但与低剂量相对比,高剂量米非司酮治疗效果更显著,更有利于改善患者病情,提高患者预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,120 patients with perimenopausal leiomyoma were selected.According to the method of random number table,there were 60 cases in the control group and the observation group.All patients were treated with mifepristone,the control group with low dose,the observation group with high dose.To analyze the effect of different doses of mifepristone.Results Comparing the clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients,the observation group(96.67%)was higher than the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05);which was statistically significant;there was no difference between the two groups in the volume of uterus and the volume of myoma before treatment,and the volume after treatment was reduced,compared with the control group,the volume of patients in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In the case of no difference in the level of estrogen before treatment,after treatment,the level of estrogen decreased,and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mifepristone on perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma is better,but compared with low dose,the effect of high dose mifepristone is more significant,which is more conducive to improve the patient's condition and prognosis.
